- How do I get help with one of your products?
- Email info@digital-streams.com or call +61 2 4238 9024 during Australian business hours. Tell us which product you are using and what you were trying to do, and we will come back to you.
- Do your products have a free plan?
- ArtFlow Pro and Member Manager both have free tiers. ArtFlow Pro is free for up to 400 artworks and 3 galleries for artists, or 1,000 artworks and 10 artists for galleries. Member Manager is free forever for up to 60 members and contacts.
- Are there lock-in contracts?
- No. Our subscriptions are monthly or annual and you can stop at any time. Insite Learning is also offered without expensive lock-in contracts.
- Can you build something custom for us?
- Yes. Alongside our own platforms we build custom applications and websites for small and medium businesses, government departments, listed entities and multinational companies. Get in touch to talk it through.
- Where is my data stored, and who can see it?
- Your data remains yours. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles — our Data Policy and Privacy Policy set out exactly what we collect and how it is used.
- Does Member Manager work with my existing website?
- Member Manager is a WordPress plugin, so it runs inside the WordPress site you already have rather than sending your members off to a separate system.
